2025 Almond Alliance Annual Convention Terms & Conditions
I understand and agree that as a paid registrant at the Almond Alliance Annual Convention, hosted by the Almond Alliance, I assume all responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save the Almond Alliance and its employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising, including exhibit's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibit premises.
Registration Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You will receive a message as soon as your online registration has been processed.
Registration Updates:
If you need to add a new registration or event RSVP to an existing online registration, please log into the registration system and enter your Username and Password.
Updates may be made through Thursday, April 10, 2025.
Check Payments:
If paying by check, please make check payable to "Almond Alliance" and mail to:

All check payments must be received by Thursday, April 10, 2025.
If paying after April 10, payment must be submitted by credit card.
Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds:
You may transfer your convention registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing.
If you must cancel your attendee registration or paid event(s), please notify Almond Alliance via email at almondallianceconv@mosaicevents.com by Thursday, April 10, 2025.
Hotel Reservations:
Please note that to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the Almond Alliance Annual Convention. Almond Alliance reserves the right to review the convention room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion.
Hotel Deposit Policy:
Please be advised we are requiring a 100%, Non-Refundable deposit for all guest room reservations. This deposit will be taken by the hotel at the time of your room booking. No refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled at any time. While we acknowledge this reservation policy is strict, please understand that in the past the Almond Alliance has been charged for all cancelled guest rooms. Your support in these efforts is truly appreciated.
Name Badges:
Badges will always be required for entry into the Convention. Badges are not transferable and those worn by someone other than the person to whom issued, will be confiscated.
Speakers & Sessions:
Speakers are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the convention, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.
Authorization to Use Photos:
Almond Alliance reserves the right to use photographs and/or video footage of our events, presenters, participants, and those in attendance at our events, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the Almond Alliance Convention and/or any other Almond Alliance event, you agree, authorize and permit, without reservation or obligation in any form on the part of Almond Alliance, to authorize and permit Almond Alliance to use your likeness in all such materials and for all such purposes.
ADA:
Please advise if you have any special handling needs or mobility concerns. Almond Alliance can, and will upon request, arrange for sign language interpretation or enhanced listening devices should you inform us of your need in advance. Being that some of our events may be outdoors or in special locations, please be sure to advise us of any mobility handling requirements and we will do our very best to facilitate your needs.
Convention Code of Conduct:
Our convention is dedicated to providing a harassment-free convention experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior and harassment of convention participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any convention venue, including talks, workshops, activities, parties, social media, and other online media. Convention participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the convention without a refund at our discretion.
We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody. By registering to attend The Almond Alliance Convention you are hereby agreeing to the Convention Code of Conduct. Almond Alliance will enforce this code throughout the event. We value your attendance and safety and will do everything in our power to make sure that your experience at our events is a positive one.
Amendment of Rules:
Almond Alliance reserves the right to make changes, amendments and additions to these rules at any time and all changes, amendments and additions so made shall be binding on the Sponsor with the provision that all Sponsor will be advised of any such changes. Any matters not specifically covered herein are subject to a decision by Almond Alliance.
